An ethics issue raised in Paris?

One thing I mentioned to Chiva and all TDs should try to adhere to if possible is that upon calling the committee and taking them to the side to explain the situation is use the terms 'Player A' and 'Player B' instead of the people's names who are actually involved. This removes the element of favoritism from anyone's standpoint. This isn't always possible of course because such an incident may cause a stir and people will see who are involved or the committee may need to hear testimony from the players, but with what happened in Paris for example we didn't need to know the parties involved.
I agree with everyone that actions like this shouldn't cause any sort of conflict and they're 100% acceptable.
