SJ side pool snafu

I entered round of 16 but didn't enter the side pool because I believed the situation was screwed up. And I figured I'd run into some luckbox so better limit risk

Anyway Howard should have taken entries fromplayers after winning the rounnd of 32. The justification so that I'd does not set a bad precedent is that it is in fact a 16 player event with qualifiers. He should have returned the full 250 to anyone who lost in the round of 32 and kept the full 250 for the winners. Problem solved.
