SJ side pool snafu

On the topic of jackpot side pools I haven't seen it pointed out much how the late starters have a significant advantage over the early starters. They can look and see if most of the side pool entrants from the afternoon starters lost or won and use that information when deciding whether to enter the side pool.

Howard doesn't post SP info on the early starters.

This particular snafu is easily fixed by making it two separate side pools.
