good luck with setting up a rule and especially enforcing it. this is a very personal matter that is different from play to player. i know some who meditate and close their eyes, trying to dictate the roll to the dice. others barely shake the cup. itīs more a personal style. WBA rule states that you have to shake thoroughly and roll. but i think it would be hard to say if this has to be done 3 time or 10 times, hard or soft, slow or quick. IMHO, the clock setting regulates everything by itself.
