Unfortunate Clock Event in Las Vegas

I have been told that the Vegas casino owners share information on players they have problems with--card counters, cheaters, bad actors. It would not be difficult for tournament directors to have their own, private web site where they can post about players they have problems with so that directors can watch out for them. Players known or suspected of cheating can be monitored; people who have a history of bad sportsmanship can be watched more closely, and if and when there is a hassle between two players, the player's history could be taken into account.
There could even be a three strikes and you're out rule to suspend someone from ABT play for a period of time. (Of course, if there is a 3 strike rule that might encourage people like me, Ray, and others with a temper to use up two of our strikes on purpose--sort of like Bob Koca and the clock.)
If the ABT won't do this, maybe this is something a player's association might do...a sort of self-policing to assure good sportsmanship and fair play.
