Unfortunate Clock Event in Las Vegas

I have mixed feelings at to whether it is the responsibility of a players association to be a police force. It would require codes of conduct and hearings and due process. Kind of like lawyers getting disbarred or doctors losing their board certification. Only a well funded and well established organization could ever attempt that and I think it is completely unrealistic for backgammon. Particularly when directors can simply tell a player they are not welcome without having to give a reason. Keep it simple.
