Onetime shuffle rule

A couple months ago, I had to correct three illegal plays made by someone who posts here in an unclocked warm up event. All of these were caused by said player moving his pieces first and then staring at the plays and either forgetting where they started from or returning them to wrong spots.
Said player may be reading this and while I won't ever mention his name, I will state that I've known him for decades and that he is of the highest integrity imaginable. I am 100% certain that each error was unintentional and there was never a dispute stemming from any of the 3 plays.
However, if you make the game touch move, many of these errors go away, as do some of the disputes coming from this.
BG really needs to try touch move for championship events. I'd suggest trying it for a Super Jackpot/Masters and see how it goes.
Touch move clearly cuts down on cheating possibilities and also accusations of cheating as in this case, my opp clearly was a bit nervous and made unintentional mistakes.
