Thanks everyone, for the newcomer greetings and advice on handling resurrected threads.

It would seem hard to go wrong, but in the future (in at least most cases) I will try Tim's/Chuck's hyperlink suggestion. I especially appreciate the detailed example provided as I just started learning HTML.

Frank B: Any news about book "B"?

Nack: Paul and I (who cowrote Book A) have agreed to divide (and hopefully conquer) the workload of the openings project. He is continuing the non-doublets with Backgammon Openings, Book B, C, etc. I'm writing on the doublets with Backgammon: Early Doubles, Volume 1, 2, etc. We're making no predictions about publishing dates; we were too far off last time ;)
