19/9 locks up the full prime. 15/10 because you don't want/need outfield points -- go for diversification. The last five is either 10/5 or 22/17.
Goal is to make (or intermediately, to slot or hit on) the 3-point. From the 10-, 15-, and 17-points that's 6 + 3 + 0 = 9 rolls to slot next turn. From the 5-, 15-, 22- it's 12 + 3 = 15.
You don't HAVE TO start the 3-point ASAP but it seems as though the longer you wait to do that the more trouble you get into (being forced deeper with large numbers).
My logic says finish with 10/5. QF says otherwise.
Summary: 19/9, 15/5.
