As someone who has been involved in many products of many online gaming operators, I can assure you that Alderney is not very much bigger than the size of some of the properties in Beverly Hills (3 square miles in total). What that gaming commission is worth, I leave it to you to judge. I have dealt with them in the past and the general rules are very easy to bypass.

The advantage is simply the tax free environment and the multiple currency bank accounts, all protected by the British Crown´s "dependency" (legally not even a colony).

All operators, officially based in Alderney, operate under other laws and legislations, mostly English Law. You might want to file your claims there.
