Have you considered putting all the positions in one game file then marking them "doubtful"? This would allow you to jump through them with a single click.

There used to be a GUI way to do this, but I can't find it now. However, you can do it by opening the command line: View...Panels...Command.

Then the select the move you want and enter the command "annotate move doubtful" (or "ann m d" for short) will add the marker. You can, of course, also mark moves as bad or very bad.
