Backgame 61

Only two reasonable options for the six, and I notice that if you were to play 24/23*, you have only one six left.

What is opp going to do next turn if you hit nowhere? Cover the 2-point? Give up the midpoint? Give up an anchor? It of course will depend upon the roll, but any of those would be good for Blue, IMO.

Sometimes the least imaginative play is best. I don't know if that's true here, but I'm going to make one:

24/18, 8/7.
