Priority level for XG and GNUBG

In Response To: Priority level for XG and GNUBG (eXtreme Gammon)

XG's analyze run as low priority even though the program has normal priority. That way you can use your PC normaly while the analyze if going on.

I'm finding significant interference with other programs at times when analysing with version 1.10.
