Priority level for XG and GNUBG

I have found that with this old 2000ish 2.4 GHz single core (was ultra state of the art back then) that I may wish to put XG on low priority when running analysis or RO's, but with a powerful new comp, I don't have to worry about that, like I still do with GNU.

If running a GNU RO and XG RO at the same time and same priority, GNU will overpower the CPU and the XG RO basically waits til the GNU is finished.
