How would TD rule it ?

Out of curiosity, some questions:

Was the other Main semifinal loser also entered into the Last Chance, or just this one?

Was the entry of this individual in the Last Chance discovered during an early round, or after he had already finished all play in the bracket?

Did this player not think it odd that after cashing in the Main that he was entered in the Last Chance, and why did he not question the director to see if it was a mistake prior to beginning play?
