How would TD rule it ?

I donīt understand how such a thing can happen under the usual tournament formats. Except for the tournaments where it is clearly stated how the differing formats work (WSOB, etc.),clearly, it must be a mistake of the organisation. The same person is not eligible to cash twice in the same division. Assuming this was a mistake by the TD, he should stand for it. If the mistake is discovered at an easrly stage, make a new draw if time allows it. Or simply scratch his name and handle it as a bye. If the mistake is discovered in a later stage of the last chance, then my only solution would be to let him finish the last chance matches, but should he win and cash, to give the prize to the runner-up. In any case, a public apology is due instead of pretending that everything is proper and fair.
