By this logic, players who didn't cash in the main should also question seeing their name in the Last Chance draw. "Wait, I didn't enter this event, why am I on the drawsheet?" I think it would not even occur to most people, other than tournament veterans, that if you cash in the main you're not eligible to be in this event that everyone else in the room is automatically entered into.

I guess it was a mistake by the staff, but after you've lost to the guy in the semifinals it is way way too late to unring the bell in my view. What did the OP expect to happen - the other player gets forfeited and the OP advances to the finals? Would that be even remotely fair to all the other people he beat along the way?
