Fast-roll tournament ruling?

the aggrieved player is trying to manipulate the rules to suit his purposes. else, he'd have had YOU explain the fast rolling rules rather than warn his opponent before "witnesses". the aggrieved player is manipulating you, instead of having you inforce the rules. not knowing the players, but knowing the types --- i assume the "aggrieved player" to be more experienced @ tournament play and the fast roller to be much less experienced ---eles he'd have run afoul of the fast rolling rules sooner. if my assumptions are correct, then it IS your job to "protect" the GAME (ie teach the players the rules and when to call the director) if my assumptions are incorrect, then the offending player should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. it is disingenuous to allow the fast roller's rolls to stand when they are poor, but not when they are good (ie. making his own rulings until he wants the good roll overturned). either the rules are there for everyone all the time or not.
