In Response To: Mandatory Clocks -- Penalty for Non-Use (Dorn Bishop)

nice try, Dorn. Adjusting the time based on the score, is in the CLOCK Rules. But assessing a penalty point (to each player, since they both are playing WITHOUT a clock) was a possibility --although I did not choose to do so, but just lectured them (several matches with different players) and threatened them if they were caught a second time)
