Mandatory Clocks -- Penalty for Non-Use

In Response To: Mandatory Clocks -- Penalty for Non-Use (Bill Riles)

Kudos to MFIC for obtaining a sufficient supply of clocks for the tournament. He did this for the LA Open in June, and it was very efficient, as staff could pre-set the time controls on the clock so that players could report to the podium, receive a clock and take it to their boards and begin the match in a timely manner.

I thank Patrick again for the opportunity to serve on his staff in LA in June.
