I think Pierre has been misunderstood. He brought up for the purpose of discussion an interesting incident that happened to him in 1995. He wanted to know how a TD would or should handle a similar situation, which is a legitimate topic for discussion. I don't think that he was seeking retroactive compensation. (Perhaps a word or two that he used weren't the exactly correct words in English, but it wasn't difficult to figure out what he meant.)
