"that leaving outplays on, tends to result in a bit lower PR for me than GNU's Snowie ER and turning them off, tends to be a bit higher,"

Makes sense, as XG doesn't include forced moves in the calculation, the XG PR should tend to be higher than Snowie w/o outplays.
