David replies: Holy cow, I never thought about someone doing this!!

Neil replies that after he posted this, he realized that the opp would still likely foul your 6, but at least you get to decide to keep whatever the die ended up on or reroll it. Anyhow, this isn't likely to occur intentionally very often, but I do strongly feel that if the opp fouls a legal roll of your's you should get to decide whether to keep it or not.

In the case I mentioned here, one would hope that there'd be kib(s) to support my claim that my die was just about to stop on 6, or that there'd be a recording.
