13/5(2) does leave an awkward stack on the 6-point, but the 5-point is the 5-point and it doesn't seem that White should give Blue the chance to grab it himself. With normal luck, I think White will still be able to put the extra checkers on the 6-point to good use later, making a low point or getting recycled. Any play by White is going to leave blots scattered around, and I think the best insurance against having things go badly is to lock up the 5-point now. 13/5(2) is my play.
