Isn't MWC % more logical method in matches instead of equivalent to moneygames points?
It is indeed more logical. The reason many people prefer EMG is that it usually gives you a better sense of how big the difference is between (say) the top two plays. The thing about MWC is that it is highly sensitive to the current match score. A large error early in the match will give away far less in MWC than a small error late in the match. EMG attempts to "normalize" the error so that when you see that the top two plays differ by 0.010 EMG then you can usually assume that the error was small, and if you see that the top two plays differ by 0.200 EMG then you can usually assume that the error was large.
However, EMG is not perfect for this purpose either. Jeremey Bagai wrote an excellent article about some of the pitfalls of relying on EMG to measure the "size" of one's errors.
