As David has pointed out, cube action errors may be affecting the GNU RO as it seems to overrate the attacker after P (from what David said). Perhaps similar is happening after XG's 3 ply.

I think you may wish to do an XG 3/4 RO. ie 3 ply play 4 ply cube and a fast computer might get 100k done in a couple days.
