The double is huge and the pass looks quite clear. Even if blue dances, there are several rolls for white that further crash his homeboard beyond hope, or force white off the 20 point anchor. I think that these factors are huge. Move white's spare from the 21 point into the outfield and I would quickly take this as white. In fact, I'd say that the double would be the decision in question.
