It's hard to imagine that running with the 5 is wrong, so I'll start with that.

I don't like 3/1 because it keeps you 2 pips further away from getting home, plus you might need to have the extra deuce available later, and it leaves a 63 shot for no tangible upside. If Opp enters, it might be better to hit with 9s (for gammons) rather than the safe 13/4 (when you have no 15pt blot), but against that your 7s will be much worse. Plus other rolls leave shots that wouldn't otherwise. 3/1 is definitely out.

20/15 13/11 will help the cause when White fans or enters without hitting, and it might even be right. But I doubt it against a three-point board. 6 shots and three blots? Nah.

So, the naive R (Run, 20/13) wins by default. Hope we're not being set up :)

I don't know if you have the power to do this, but if you take away White's 3pt (move those two checkers back to the 6pt 7pt and/or 8pt) and I'll play 20/15 13/11.
