I get this wrong. I see the best move as not so much slotting the prime as offering a direct shot to run off the anchor.

I'd play b/21 13/11, keeping the second blot out of direct shot range. It looks to me like I really want to avoid having a second man sent back. Opps front position is not so scary; I don't mind squatting on a more desirable point, especially since it gives more escaping numbers (at a quick glance).
