My first (gut) opinion was that this isn't a double. Score argues against doubling. I then noticed that the numbers that neither hit nor safety mostly make the five prime. (E.g. 6-2, 4-2, 2-2. 3-3 isn't bad. 6-6 is iffy.) Meanwhile White's better board seems to put the damper on aggressive plays (like double hitting with 5-1), particularly since gammon wins are, relatively speaking, overvalued (if the cube stays on 2) or worthess (if the cube gets to 4).

May have to re-evaluate my thinking on cubing at this score if it's right.
