Opening 63 at GS XG 4 ply RO so far

It appears that the source of the confusion is that David misread that your original post referred to 64 at GS (as a means of comparison), not 63 at GS. I misread it the same way and only realized what was going on with the back-and-forth when I checked your original post.
The opening 64 at GS rollout posted on this site is also corrupt. It was [S R4.8] when Stick got it back from the rollateer after 31k (Feb., '08); Stick later extended it (Dec., '08) to 46k, narrowing the result down to [S R1.1].
Because Stick had told me the pre-extension margin of 4.8, I have the necessary information to do the math and deduce that the extended portion of the file represents an uncorrupt [R S6.3] 15k.
Last June, I rolled [R S6.5] 62k on a different seed. Around the same time, David got the identical margin with Supremo rollouts averaging [R S6.5] 36k.
I/we reported our findings to Stick regarding 63 at GS and 64 at GS, but at the time he was preparing to leave for an extended trip (Detroit followed by Europe). It is certainly understandable that he had to prioritize and some details got lost in the shuffle.
