What is really needed here is a bot that is trained at GS/GG and that can do RO's using XGR+ or an equivilent setting since the checker play of XGR+ is significantly stronger than 4 ply.

Re: a bot trained at GS/GG, I do strongly feel that the first step for bot developers is train a bot for DMP and then to see if said DMPBot beats the "normal" bot at DMP by a significant (couple tenths of a percent at least).

GS/GG is certainly quite different from money or DMP play and we can expect a trickle down effects do to gammon values to perhaps even effect and change some of the bot's choices for opening plays and responses when compared to using the "normal" bot at GS/GG.
