I think Black has painted himself in a corner. But, must keep playing...
Obviously Black's flexibility is terrible (and whether you like it called this or not, it's TMP).
12/3 puts off the decision for just one roll. I don't like that.
21/12 buys more time, usually, but non-doublet combos of {1,2,4} don't look so hot. Is it enough time? I'm not sure.
12/8, 21/16 is flexible and will remain flexible longer than the above alternatives, but two blots have to be cleaned up soon, which may not be so easy.
8/3, 8/4 is flexible in some ways, but those two new spares have limited range and they'd be much better kept for making the 6-point. The 8-point may not go well with the 2-point but it is a good landing spot given White's nearby pseudo-anchor.
Maybe overplaying this, but I'm going with the flexible 21/16, 12/8. I just don't think 21/12 works often enough.
