The choice seems to be between 8/1 and 9/6 8/4 which plays safe after any roll. I like hitting in this situation. A conservative player might see this as more dangerous but even if you dont hit you may still have to hit loose down the road. Hitting now gives you the best gammon chances and the parlay of being hit back immediately, entering immediately, breaking your prime before he breaks his and them having him escape seems slim although ive been burnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnned before. :(
