Why didn't Blue double before rolling? If the answer is that she thought she was too good to double (and I hope it is), it should be clear that after hitting b/20*, Blue can expect to have a play-on for quite a while, since White is very short of material to build a fourth inside point. The exception, of course, is if Blue manages to get a second checker sent back.

I might be tempted by this if I were guaranteed to cover the slot if missed, but of course it's only 21/36. Also, Blue has four rolls that make the deuce point "naturally", and rates to have several chances to roll one of them. These thing add up.
