Call the TO: 1.8% GWC. Burn another 4s to line up and then spike: 1.3% GWC.

Apparently the extra down is worth more than the TO. Probably IND needs to score and then recover the onside kick to have any chance, so saving the TO's to be able to stop the clock when NO gets the ball isn't the issue anymore. Just not enough time for that scenario.
