All (so far -- but you'll always find detractors) seem to be in agreement that you've provided a useful set of instructions, easily accessed by the WWW.

As far as hiding features because they are unpopular or not in vogue, I don't feel that is your responsibility. Let the directors do that when they run their tournaments.

A warning that trying to put a clock in 'SAVE' mode can lead to problems is fine, but it IS a feature that SOME might like to use. (Everyone should be strongly encouraged to write down the clock values before taking ANY break, regardless of how expert they are with setting a clock.)

Ditto the idea that "all clocks should be dumbed down to have the least common denominator". If a director wants to enforce that at his/her tournament, fine. But the feature is there AND some of us find it useful/valuable. It is 100% OK for you to provide instructions on how to use those features.
