Chouette Rules

Our rules state that players have 10 seconds to act once someone makes a cube action. This prevents someone from acting quickly to stop other cube action. Of course, nobody uses a stopwatch, but the rule works...it gives people plenty of time to speak up. All they have to say is, "I'm thinking" and then they can take all the time they want. We specifically state that acting quickly doesn't stop others from acting.
I will send you a set of our rules if you like.
