Hi Paul,

Thanks so much for your feedback. And thanks for the compliments about the survey. It's really important to me to mine the wealth of information that will allow us to improve for next year.

I am aware of the time issue and have read the comments from Stick's site. I am completely in agreement with you and Neil. I will push for mandatory clocks in the Open, Masters, and Doubles next year. In the brochure and on the website, I will encourage and advise players to bring clocks. It is clearly the way to go. I will also thoroughly train our posting volunteers to be vigilant and pro-active about identifying slow play in all divisions and side-events.

Again, thanks for your constructive criticism and I truly hope both you and Neil will be able to make it to Santa Fe next year.
