No. I'd say that the clock time is an integral part of the score (or at least part of the match "state") since if one of the numbers reaches zero, the match is over. It should be recorded and agreed between players during breaks in case of a problem, and if there is ever any dispute on clock time, a written record could be instrumental in enabling a director to rule.
