I agree with all the comments made. One problem, of course, is that more often than not (in the absence of witnesses) it would be my word against my opponent's. In the scenario described by Barry a TD would have no choice but to rule in Player B's favour. I experienced this once first hand. I forgot to center the cube after a game and still had it lying on my side on 2. The next game was started and I noticed a few minutes into it that the cube was still on 2. My opponent maintained that I had accepted his cube this game and he ended up winning two points. No doubt that this was entirely my fault, but the point is that if you're playing a dishonest opponent you better keep your wits about you...
