What online sites give a clock option?

I've tried GammonSite, but they seem to have some sort of wonky "add the time back" setup. For practice, you can play $.50 and $1.00 matches on Play65, where they have some options (20, 15, 10?) seconds per move. The latter is probably closest for OTB play, as part of your time OTB includes the mechanical rolling of the dice.

Finally, buy a clock and use it while playing online. This will give you some practice.
