Clock concerns - your thoughts please.

How long does it take to set up the checkers anyhow? Players should be able to make sure the clock is centered anyhow? For those that forget, I'd not expect them to lose more than 15 to 30 seconds anyhow, noting that they have 12 seconds pass before any reserve time is lost.

How when going on a break, then write the times down, just in case the clock is bumped by someone else.
