Clock concerns - your thoughts please.

If one can get in the habit of writing down the time after each game, one should be able to get in the habit of stopping the clock. Short of that, I would support allowing kibitzers to point this out. Setting up the checkers could take 15-30 seconds, not to mention additional time for getting food, water, etc.
