If you're 3a and the oppt is 5 or more away, doubling a gammonish position is probably a mistake if the oppt can take the cube

Just to clarify, it's if you're -3 and the opp. is -6 or more. I've sometimes stated this as if you're -3 and the opp. is more than -5 which may have caused the confusion. In all fairness, a lot of the time it will hold true at -3 -5 but too many exceptions for me to include it.
