In Response To: Touch moves (Bob Glass)

I agree 100% with you. At Charlotte in 2007 I played a guy in the advanced division who'd move his pieces, stare at them for a protracted length of time, move them back, and then asked me "Is this where they were?" This went on over and over again. It drained my energy to try to keep track of his checker movements. He beat me and later ended up winning the advanced division.
