In Response To: Touch moves (Bob Glass)

Touch move, clocks, baffle boxes, etc. should be mandatory in the championship division, but not in the other divisions. It might be a hassle to have two sets of rules, but there's no need to impose professional standards on intermediate and novice players. Why scare them away from tournaments? The lower level players could agree to play touch move and clocked matches, but it should be optional.
