Touch moves

I guess I could live with this rule change, but I would prefer keeping test moves legal. I don't know if the very few times that the checker shuffler can't get back to the correct original position constitutes a big enough problem to warrant a rule change. Most players who look at test moves leave the checker high on the point they might be moving to which makes it real easy for them to get back to the original position. Positions with double jeopardy considerations would be noticeably more difficult to evaluate if we adopt a touch moves rule. i.e. You're bearing off against the oppt's acepoint game and have to leave a shot and have 2 ways to do so. One play leaves more shots now but is a lot safer if missed while the other one leaves fewer now/more if missed. It's a lot easier to count how many blot-leavers you'll have next time assuming this shot is missed if you're allowed to actually set up the 2 positions than having to visualize them.
