I think the role of authorities like feds, associations and the like is to uphold and universalize rules for long periods perhaps centuries in order the theory and practice of a game to prosper. But to keep rules simple and stable it is needed from tme to time to make small changes that do not change the essence but make the experience more sharp and to the point. I think Glass's proposal is self evident as is wearing clean clothes, not cursing, not fighting etc. Touch move, of course. Stick, Square dice may still be used in LV, but their board is meters long and wide while ours is smaller and we like bevelled (ball cornered) dice, that roll better.
