OtB I'd play 7/3*/1. I had trouble finding play B (also know as "play QF"), which I guess is 6/2, 6/4. Still don't like it; still don't play it. (Maybe I'll change my mind after seeing the rollout. :) White may be forced to move something s/he doesn't want to move in a roll or two, but if I have blots in my board it's a lot easier to just play purely, keeping up the pressure.
